One of the benefits of living in Iron Horse is freedom from taxation. As those in charge of the mayoral board, we have introduced a complete lack of property, state, and city tax. We have even managed to find independence from the government entirely, forming our new society within Nebraska, with a population of a couple hundred.

The tax industry is corrupt and a work of the devil. Taxes as a concept are only there to take money from you, ripping your pockets to shreds while you can barely survive. In Iron Horse, we have done away with this. You will not spend a cent attempting to stave off the government from knocking at your door and trying to kill you for refusing to give a single penny over. Instead, you will be rewarded for your contributions.

You will be rewarded greatly for giving possessions that otherwise would have been taxed, such as homes and cars. You will not have any money deducted from your paycheck in this down, and instead, you will do physical labor of some sort to help instead. But do not worry, this is not a tough job. Simply, this is to help with the creation of the bunkers that you too will have a part in living in. To be a community, the people within it must stick together and help each other out. By giving your body up to work for a couple of days a month, you do this, and keep the entire town running.

Your time and effort will only go to good places, as the Bible suggests. When the rapture comes, you shall be rewarded handsomely by God for what you have done.
